No terms were given. HSNO said it acquired Franklin so it may offer support in all major phases of the litigation process, from accounting and financial investigation, to discovery, data analysis, and expert testimony. Franklin offers litigation readiness, discovery response, computer forensics and incident response to corporations and law firms worldwide. HSNO targets its services to law firms and financial institutions.
