A new company, JD Supra (Marshall, CA) promotes the free exchange
of information for the legal community, legal consumers and the media by
allowing members of the legal community to upload court filings,
decisions, articles and other relevant legal source documents on its web
site (jdsupra.com). Users then have access to an ever-expanding research
database on a wide range of legal topics and issues. Legal professionals
who post documents can also create a professional profile that is
available for all users. The site is free for both contributors and
users.
