"Mastering Bankruptcy," a paperback book that is designed to
be a succinct and practical guide to the intricacies of Title 11 of the
U.S. Code. It describes the operation of the general, administrative and
estate management and maximization provisions of chapters 1, 3 and 5 of
the Bankruptcy Code and their interaction with one another as well as
provisions in chapters 7, 9, 11, 12 and 13 that are deployed in
liquidation, rehabilitation and reorganization cases. Content also
covers bankruptcy eligibility, expanding the estate, administrative
powers over property of the estate, case disputes, and foreign
proceedings. It costs $24.
