Mike McCarty, CEO and Pres of Helena Chemical Co. is named Chmn of
the Board of Helena Industries, Inc. where he takes over for Buddy
Braswell who has retired but will remain on its board.
Helena Industries, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Helena
Chemical Co. and became a separate operating company in January 2006. It
has four plants operating in the U.S.
