VeraSun Energy Corp. merges with US BioEnergy
Corp.
VeraSun Energy Corp. merges with US BioEnergy Corp. following its
approval by shareholders of both companies.
The combined entity is expected to have 16 biorefineries and an
operating capacity of more than 1.6 billion gallons by the end of 2008,
making it the largest ethanol producer in the U.S. AM
