German potato specialist SchneFrost reports an improvement in its gnocchi product through the use of an Italian house recipe. Furthermore, the Italian-style potato dumplings are free of chemical additives and gluten. The Loningen-based firm says that gnocchi go well with a simple sage and butter sauce, with a creamy gorgonzola sauce, or with an Italian braised meat dish such as Osso Buco.
