Take a blockbuster brand like Ben & Jerry's ice cream, add
another quality brand like Cabot Creamery, along with the quaint charm
of Vermont, and you get Vermont Mystic Pie Company products. The idea
for this all-natural, ready-to-bake Apple Pie came from owner David
Barash and long-time friend, Ben Cohen of Ben & Jerry's fame.
The pies are made in Massachusetts with Vermont-harvested apples, butter
from Cabot Creamery, and King Arthur organic flour. Weighing in at 1.19
kilograms, the trans fat-and GMO-free product is distributed by
Waterbury-based Vermont Mystic Pie Company in reusable tins.
