Routledge (Phil., PA) has published the first issue of
"Photographies," a new quarterly journal whose mission is to

and economic, political and cultural change. Content identifies and
discusses emerging debates and practices as well as published work that
is relevant to the understanding of photography. The premier issue
includes articles on: digital imaging in war; archival value of
photography; remediations; traumatic images; and tourism.
