Prism reports bustling business at BroadAcres.(Sales & Leasing)

BLOOMFIELD, N.J., April 30, 2008--Nearly 90,000 square feet in leasing activity at BroadAcres Office Park in Bloomfield reflects a year of steady progress for the 380,000-square-foot, Class A campus.

Prism Capital Partners purchased the four-building property in the summer of 2006 and has just launched an extensive capital improvement program.

Highlights of the activity: Club ABC Tours, a subsidiary of Crown Travel Service, renewed its 19,500 s/f headquarters lease;

Ultra Additives, a subsidiary of Munzing and manufacturer of antifoaming and defoaming agents, renewed its commitment and expanded to 18,000 s/f of office and lab space at the property;

Hospice of New Jersey renewed and relocated its headquarters office into larger space totaling 9,000 s/f.

EverBank Financial Corp., a private financial services holding company headquartered in Jacksonville, Fla., leased 17,500 s/f and relocated from West Paterson. Richard Madison of Newmark Knight Frank represented EverBank Financial Corp.

Other new tenants include Arbitration Forums (3,800 square feet), which moved from a nearby location; financial securities firm Southwest Securities (3,400 square feet), which represents a new business market for the firm; and Sun National Bank (3,200 square feet), which relocated to BroadAcres Office Park from a more southern location.

BroadAcres Office Park's location between Garden State Parkway exits 151 and 153, near the interchanges of Routes 3 and 46, provides unparalleled access to northern and central New Jersey, with excellent access to Manhattan as well.

Striking building facades complement the 20-acre, parklike campus setting, which features a reflecting pool and fountain as well as beautifully manicured grounds.
