Coffee Solutions names Matuszak.
Coffee Solutions named Ellie Matuszak vice president of training
and operations. Prior to joining Coffee Solutions, Matuszak was director
of training with Chicago based roaster and retailer Intelligentsia
Coffee & Tea.
"Ellie brings an impressive skill set and record of
accomplishments to our company," said Coffee Solutions president
Rob Stephen. "Our clients will benefit from her experience
immediately."
Matuszak serves on the board of directors of the Specialty Coffee
Association of America (SCAA), and is chair of the SCAA Training
Committee. She is a two-time finalist in the U.S. Barista Championship,
and has served as a Coffee Corps volunteer in Colombia and El Salvador.
Coffee Solutions provides custom coffee consulting, barista,
roasting and quality assurance training and comprehensive laboratory
services. With offices in Boston and Los Angeles, the company is also
the training partner for Probat for North America.
