Vigilant Capital Management; vice chair, Jack Buckley, Dover Housing
Authority; secretary, Mike Kenison, McLane, Graf, Raulerson &
Middleton; treasurer, Patricia Ross, Measured Progress. New board
members are: Donald Hatt, president and CEO of Federal Savings Bank; Tim
Guen, senior brand manager, Irving Oil: and Nicole Spaur, senior
counsel, Sprague Energy Corp.
