WHAT: A Three-Day Technical Assistance/Strategic Planning Roundtable

WHO: Teams of City leaders and their community partners seeking to make their communities more equitable and inclusive

WHEN: August 24-27

WHERE: Charlotte, N.C.

WHY: Your City's Leadership Team will:

* Learn how to use the powers of city hall to increase social, economic, political, and/or racial equity in your community.

* See your city's capacities in an entirely new way.

* Build a team of key leaders who will create a local equity agenda.

* Be part of a growing network of peers committed to equity and inclusiveness.

* Develop strategies to mobilize your city's assets to do this work.

* Leave with an action plan for year-one and a vision for the agenda's future.
