Mayor of London, is a one-off. Despite his Etonian and Oxford
pedigree--even his detractors concede his intellectual brilliance--the
former Spectator editor and Conservative MP for Henley with a Raggedy
Andy hairstyle, is hardly the typical Tory politician. Say goodbye to
London's congestion pricing. Say hello to the Conservative
party's chance of unseating PM Gordon Brown.

vice chairman TED TURNER argued that inaction on global warming
"will be catastrophic," and those who don't die
"will be cannibals." Hey Jane [Fonda], the ol' boy is off
