R&O Construction has added PAUL TIPPETS as quality control
manager. In this position, Tippets will oversee processes and procedures
for project quality, efficiency and delivery. He will also manage
R&O's warranty program. Prior to joining R&O, Tippets
worked as director of public works for South Ogden City and as director
of inspection and planning for Washington Terrace City.
