Randy Kay, a patent litigation partner with DLA Piper US LLP, has
been selected as one of the Top 50 under 45 by IP Law & Business, a
trade publication. He is the only San Diegan to receive this honor. The
IP Law & Business editor said that the top IP lawyer winners
distinguished themselves based on "sheer brainpower, legal smarts,
creativity and hard work."
