Besam Entrance Solutions' new RD4M manual revolver offers consumers an energy efficient speed control for revolving doors. The electro-mechanical control keeps a door in a rest position until a user activates it, significantly reducing energy consumption and lowering the rate of air infiltration into a building. The speed control unit also prevents doors from being rotated at a faster rate than allowed by building codes, and meets and exceeds current American National Standard Institute (ANSI) and building codes.
