Pro Golf Discount of San Diego Inc. has renewed its lease on 6,206
square feet of retail space in Hawthorne Crossings in Linda Vista from
IVG Institutional Funds GMBH. The property, renewed for 13 months at
$137,153, will be used as a retail golf shop. The lessee represented
itself. The lessor was represented by John Jennings and Aaron Hill of
Cushman & Wakefield.
