Spiffy dog air collars.

ColoradoBiz • August, 2008 • A QUARTET OF COLORADO CANINE PRODUCTS FOR THE DOG DAYS
OF SUMMER:
Spiffy Dog evolved from Fat Eddie's, a technical clothing
company founded in 2002 by John Cardillo and Edward Watson. Both
founders are outdoors nuts and dog owners, and that led them to make
their own pets collars out of aerospace nylon that is lightweight,
breathable, comfortable and odor-free.

"It's specific for your active dog that spends a lot of
time in the water," said Kyle Nelson, sales and marketing
assistant. The collars bear designs ranging from skulls ("for your
tough dog," Nelson said) to the logos of ski resorts to peace
signs. The company also makes leashes, collapsible water bowls and other
dog accessories.

"It's grown quite well," Nelson said.
