Business idea ferments into 1,000th batch of
brew.

Coronado Brewing Co. made its 1,000th batch of beer, some 350
gallons' worth, recently.
Brothers Rick and Ron Chapman co-founded the family-operated
brewery and restaurant at 170 Orange Ave., as well as the Tent City
restaurant at 1100 Orange Ave.
Coronado Brewing distributes its products around the county and has
begun serving markets in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San
Bernardino counties.
