recently for $15 million.

A 68,000-square-foot shopping center in the 800 block of Euclid
Avenue at East Plaza Boulevard in National City was sold recently for
$15 million. The buyer of the 7-acre property was Amir Khalili of
British Columbia and the seller was National Properties VII LLC of
Tiburon. The center was 100 percent occupied at the time of sale.
Tenants include such stores as Blockbuster, Firestone, Ralphs and
Walgreens. Edward B. Hanley of the Irvine-based Hanley Investment Group
represented the buyer and seller.
