The Junior Seau Foundation's Scholars of Excellence Program will award 29 scholarships totaling $130,000 on Aug. 7 at an awards ceremony to be held at the San Diego Hall of Champions. The program is funded through donations from businesses such as Fujitsu Ltd., EDCO Disposal, Qualcomm Inc., Viejas Casino, DC Shoes and the Breitbard Family.
