Headquarters Building at Business Bay Hill International, the worldwide
construction consulting firm, announced today that it has been awarded a
contract by Tamweel P.J.S.C. to provide project management services for
Tamweel Headquarters Building at Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. The
twenty-six month contract has an estimated value to Hill of
approximately AED 7 million ($1.9 million).
Tamweel's new headquarters building is located on Plot No. BB
A02.020 at the Business Bay in the Dubai emirate of UAE. The design of
the building is characterized by the twisting of every 4-storeys block
forming an architecturally interesting form. Features such as podium
advertisement LED screen, runner banner and to achieve green building
certification were included in the design in order to make it into a
landmark building. The building with a built-up area of 844,799 square
feet will be comprised of three basement levels, two commercial floors,
six car parking levels and twenty office floors.
The Main Consultant and Local Consultant for this project are
P&T Architects and Engineers Ltd. and ARC International
respectively. Meanwhile, EC Harris International Ltd. has been appointed
