Construction work has commenced following the awarding of the JD 53,000,000 contract to ARABTEC-EEC JV.

The Tower Raft reinforcements and concrete works have already been completed and the foundations have been finished for the remaining areas of the construction. The construction works for The Lofts and The Heights will be completed by the end of the year 2010.

DAMAC Properties introduced ''The Lofts" project following the success of ''The Heights'', Jordan's first iconic residential high rise and DAMAC'S first project in Amman.

The Lofts is an 8-storey residential development, offering customers a number of highly luxurious studios, one and two bedrooms apartments. Residents are buying into unique homes featuring high ceilings and wide open spaces that exude an elegant style and sense of freedom.
