RJC architects wins contract for $24m CSUSM parking
structure.

A local design firm recently won a design/build competition for a
$24 million parking structure at Cal State San Marcos. RJC Architects,
in partnership with PCL Construction, developed the winning design
proposal to add 2,800 parking spaces in two phases during five years on
an existing 577-space lot on the northeastern side of campus.
Construction will begin late this year on the first phase of 1,615
spaces in a six-level structure. Completion of the structure on Campus
View Drive is scheduled for July 2010.
