Prevost Construction has completed its build out of Anaptys
Biosciences' 16,500-square-foot office and laboratory facility at
10835 Read to the Cure in La Jolla. Prevost completed the $660,000
project in three months. The scope of wod included converting half of
the existing lab facility to executive office space and renovating the
lab and tissue culture labs. Additionally, a new multipurpose room and a
board room were added In the past year, including Anal, Prevost has
completed tenant improvements for more than a dozen life science
companies totaling more thai 150,000 square feet.
