Scripps Health Inc. has leased the 5,400-square-foot
freestanding medical office building at 455 Santa Fe Drive in Encinitas
from Stancil Jones.

Scripps Health Inc. has leased the 5,400-square-foot freestanding
medical office building at 455 Santa Fe Drive in Encinitas from Stancil
Jones. The five-year lease is valued at $666,520. Joel Wilson of CB
Richard Ellis represented the lessor. Matt Campbell of Grubb & Ellis
represented the lessee. The space is located in Santa Fe Plaza, a
106,150-square-foot shopping center anchored by a Vons, Rite Aid and 24
Hour Fitness. The Scripps Health lease brings the center to 100 percent
occupancy.
