Bar feeder works in limited space.

The Elite 112 bar feeder will operate on a Star CNC lathe. It can feed bars of 0.8mm to 12.7mm on lathes with high rotation and headstock acceleration speeds without limiting performance. It has a minimum inertia---40 percent--mechanical synchronization system to follow headstocks, even those actuated by linear motors, regardless of bar diameter. The bar feeder is engineered with closed, calibrated, round section channels. No special adjustments are necessary when switching jobs. The Smart 320 is designed for sliding headstock lathes. It accommodates small-diameter bars--3mm to 23mm--and offers automatic remnant recovery and bar-headstock synchronization. The compact Prodigy bar feeder was designed for use in limited floor space.
