Small-footprint analyzer makes 4 million
measurements/second.
The B1200 Time Interval Analyzer delivers 4 million time-interval
measurements/s with input signal frequency of up to 2 GHz or 4 Gb/s
(without prescaling) and a 150-ps minimum pulse width. The single-slot
PCIe instrument-on-a-card consumes only 20 W. The time intervals can be
the period, the pulse width of one signal, the skew between two signals,
or one of 10 other functions while each measurement has 3-ps resolution.
Inputs include programmable termination voltage and hysteresis.

Measurements can be streamed continuously to the computer memory.
The B1200 front-panel software for Windows facilitates setup of multiple
simultaneous measurement displays, providing multiple views of the same
data or different functions from the same data. The front panel also
runs multiple instruments simulaneously. Brilliant Instruments,
