Fehlman LaBarre has promoted Andrew Stevenson to principal.
Stevenson has been with the firm since its beginning in 1991. Tom
Barich, the firm's controller of five years, has been appointed
senior associate. Barich is responsible for the firm's accounting,
human resources, contracts and other business matters. Eric Epstein has
been appointed associate in the firm. Epstein has been an instructor at
San Diego's New School of Architecture for the past two years.
