Vintage 1945 Jackpot Tourbillon Girard-Perregaux merges the worlds
of game and chance and precision mechanics in this exclusive haute
horlogerie model of unexpected complexity. For the first time, a watch
combines a tourbillon and a slot machine equipped with a striking
mechanism in perfect proportion with the Vintage 1945 case. A window at
12 o'clock on the dial reveals a row of three symbols, while a
cut-out at 6 o'clock lets one admire the gold Bridge and the
tourbillon cage.
The game's magic is set in motion by pulling the handle on the
right side of the case. The three reels spin and then stop randomly on
one of the possible five symbols, while a hammer strikes a gong,
producing the happy chime reminiscent of gaming machines in a casino.
Out of the 125 combinations, only one represents the jackpot: the three
bells in a row. For this line the Brand decided to embark upon a
completely new design - illustrating the Brand's complete mastery
in creating rare and precious timekeepers.
ww.tc The timeless elegance of Girard-Perregaux's ww.tc line
blends well with its resolutely modern functions. These watches can be
used to read, simultaneously and very easily, the time in 24 time zones,
represented by 24 international cities; hence the name, ww.tc, the
abbreviation for World Wide Time Control. The two novelties of this
line, the ww.tc - Financial and the ww.tc - Lady, reflect once again
Girard-Perregaux's great watchmaking tradition, its passion for
design and modern and daring vision.
Girard-Perregaux 1966 Full Calendar The Girard-Perregaux 1966 Full
Calendar harmonises functions and style of a grand watchmaking classic
in an elegant interpretation. Its round case houses an extremely useful
complication: a full calendar, enabling the date display, day of the
week, month and phases of moon. In support of the fine golden hands, two
windows placed side by side at 12 o'clock display day of the week
and month, while the moon follows its path at 6 o'clock.
This model satisfies the highest demands in terms of design
refinement and distinguished style. The sapphire crystal case back
reveals the automatic-winding, mechanical movement GP033M0, designed by
the brand. This creation enhances the Girard-Perregaux 1966 Collection
and pays homage to the many innovations produced by it in the 1960s.

About Girard-Perregaux:Girard-Perregaux is one of the few authentic
Swiss Manufactures of "Haute Horlogerie". It designs, develops
and produces both the external components of a watch and its heart: the
movement. This comprehensive approach enables it to offer a complete
portfolio of high-end movements and prestigious mechanical watch
collections. Such as the emblematic Tourbillon with three gold Bridges
--first created in the 19th Century and still being made today--, they
are a veritable horology treasure-trove for connoisseurs. Inspired by
its history going back to 1791, Girard-Perregaux applies its expertise
with a modern approach, with the support of its Research and Development
department. Marked out by nearly 80 patents filed, the company's
heritage is reflected in the application of the latest technologies. The
watches are not mere reproductions of past successes, but innovative
creations guided by the quest for perfection. The unique nature of
Girard-Perregaux's design is frequently recognised and rewarded in
international competitions.
