Strategic Fundraising, based in St. Paul, Minn., was selected by Inc. magazine as one of the 5,000 fastest growing private companies in the United States.

The company reported three-year sales growth of more than 69 percent.

Dan Rice, the firm's chief executive and founder, started the firm in 1990 with a borrowed $4,000. The firm reported revenue of $19.1 million for 2007.

Strategic Fundraising completes more than 20 million inbound and outbound fundraising calls annually at its four company-owned call centers in Fargo, N.D., Springfield, Mo., and Eau Claire and Oshkosh,Wisconsin.
