On behalf of the Government of Ontario, I am delighted to extend warm greetings to everyone attending the 22nd annual Northern Ontario Business Awards (NOBA).

This worthwhile event not only acknowledges Northern Ontario entrepreneurs who venture into the world of business and economic development, but also supports their endeavours. And by honouring these outstanding individuals and their accomplishments, the awards also encourage others to follow in their footsteps.

Those receiving awards tonight have gone the extra mile to provide quality service to their customers. These dedicated individuals and companies deserve to be singled out as role models. To this year's award recipients--congratulations! Take pride in your efforts to make Northern Ontario an even better place to live.

I also wish to commend everyone associated with NOBA for promoting and facilitating an environment that celebrates Northern Ontario business leaders. My colleagues and I are grateful for your fine efforts.
