According to the London daily Elaph, Ghada has stared in numerous films. She played the role of a lesbian in the controversial film "Heen Maysarah" with Egyptian actor Somayah Al Khashab.

Ghada also played the leading role in the film "Azmat Sharaf" (Honor Crises).

Ghada is best known for her role as "Ne'mat Allah" in the famous Egyptian drama series "Haj Metwali". Ghada played the role of a local woman and wife of "Haj Metwali," played by the famous Egyptian actor Noor Al Sharif. Ghada wore an Egyptian "Galabiyah" (local dress) and traditional jewelry for the part.
