The famous Egyptian actress Laila Elwi made a deal with the producer Yehya Shanab not to start filming her new television drama series "Law Kont Makani" (If You Were In My Shoes) until she is given the entire script for the series.

She did not want to have a similar experience like the one with her previous drama series "Noor Al Sabah" (Morning Light).

The writer of the series, Hazem Al Hadidi, has finished writing the 25 episodes and he will give the last 6 episodes this month.

The story of the new series revolves around businessmen that take advantage of innocent people.

The new series will also star Basem Samrah, Ahmad Rateb, Raja Hussein and Yousif Abed Al Rahman.

Maryam Abu Oof, the daughter of famous Egyptian actor Izat Abu Oof will be directing the new drama series.
