Incisive Media (New York) has formed a Legal Business Solutions division to focus on expansion and marketing of Incisive products and services used by law firms to manage their businesses and organizations. The new division will be made up of former ALM properties ALM Research and Altman Weil Publications and will offer a database of legal market intelligence and information, as well as syndicated survey reports, including the annual Law Firm Business Development Survey and Survey of Law Firm Billing Rates and Practices. Incisive said that, over the coming year, the division will expand its research and database offerings to include new business directories, benchmarking tools and competitive intelligence reports.
