Clarification.(Correction notice)

Clarification: The December 2008 issue article on using outside contractors for services (p. 20) included a misleading statement about patient service associates (PSAs) at the Father Martin's Ashley treatment organization. The center's PSAs continue to be members of the in-house staff, but the security role that once was part of their duties is now a function of a contracted security team. That change was made so that PSAs would have more time to spend with patients.
