AMI offers cookbook for sale.

The AMI has updated and expanded the Mushroom Lovers' Cookbook. It contains recipes ranging from appetizers to low-calorie dishes to a new section dedicated solely to specialty mushrooms. Also included in the cookbook's 196 pages are helpful hints for cooking with mushrooms, nutritional facts and a history of the mushroom industry.

The cookbook is a collection of original recipes from people involved in the mushroom business as well as recipes from international restaurants and chefs.
