One of Arkansas' fastest exports--we're talking about a 4.2 in the 40--has replanted some roots in Arkansas.
The University of Arkansas' beloved running back, Darren McFadden, now of the Oakland Raiders, recently bought a house in Little Rock on River Ridge Point, which overlooks the Arkansas River and the Interstate 430 bridge.
D-Mac bought the $638,000 house from Torrie and Bill Cobb.
The house, which will be McFadden's getaway when he comes back to his hometown, is listed as 5,906 SF on a lot that's a little over 2 acres.
Oh, and your "Whispers" staff has it on good authority that there's a floor-to-ceiling painting of McFadden in his Arkansas jersey in the garage.
