Lazenby gets S2.11 million for 3 liquor stores, parcels.(NW Journal: A Look at News From Northwest Arkansas)


William Lazenby recently sold three liquor stores for a combined value of $2.11 million.

Town & Country Liquor Store in Fayetteville, along with adjacent parcels, was purchased by Old Farm Road LLC of Springdale for $860,000. Lazenby bought the 4,715-SF building in 1988 for $176,000. R. Justin Eichmann is the registered agent for Old Farm Road.

Tontitown Liquor LLC purchased Tontitown Liquors in the Northwest Arkansas Industrial Park for $700,000. Lazenby bought the 2,940-SF building in 2000 for $445,000. Ginny Wilson is the registered agent for Tontitown Liquor LLC.

Westside Liquor in Fayetteville sold to the RMR Group LLC of Springdale for $550,000. Lazenby bought the property in 2000 for $570,000. The 2,800-SF store on Martin Luther King Boulevard was built in 1983. Eichmann is also the registered agent for the RMR Group.
