Weekly UpdatesThree men from Indiana, contract workers for C&C Welding of Elizabethtown, Ky., were killed May 12 when an empty gasoline storage tank exploded at a Teppco Partners LP facility near Searcy. An investigation is under way into the cause of the explosion. The dead are William Decker of Scottsburg, Ind., and Roy Mathis and Stoney Powell, both of Wheatfield, Ind.
