Ball Nose End Mills.(EASTEC SHOW PREVIEW)

Conical Ball Nose End Mills are designed for the machining of specific components in several key manufacturing segments including automotive, aerospace, energy, and HVAC. The end mills are conically-shaped, with a ball nose capable of machining impellers, blisks, turbine blades, and tire profiles without a tool change during 3-axes and 5-axes operations. These tools are available in a range of sizes. Uncoated designs can mill aluminum and specialty steels including nickel-chrome steels and Inconel. End mills with a TiALN coating can machine steels of up to 45 [R.sub.C] as well as cast iron and nonferrous metals. The end mills are available in two standard forms, one with shorter flute lengths

for increased rigidity. Special tools made to customer specifications are offered. Emuge Corp., Booth 5224
