Hospital expansion.(Real Deals: A Look at Important Real Estate Transactions)

A 4,100-SF office project in Little Rock changed hands in a $790,000 deal.

Arkansas Children's Hospital purchased the 808 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive property from the Arkansas School Boards Association, led by Dan Farley.

The association acquired the location for $40,000 in September 1983 from Angela Paladino, Domenico Pozza, Irma Quick and Arthur Pozza.

The 0.26-acre site was assembled in two transactions totaling more than $6,500. The sellers were A.E. and Ola Conrad, $6,500 in August 1948, and Lenora England, an undisclosed sum in July 1950.
