Downtown NLR.(Real Deals: A Look at Important Real Estate Transactions)(Brief article)
A piece of downtown North Little Rock rang up a $287,000 transaction. Argentco LLC, led by John Gaudin, acquired the 512 Main St. project and adjoining land. The seller is Perroni Development LLC, led by Sam Perroni. The 0.65-acre property was bought for $283,000 in May 2007 from the Public Building Authority of the city of North Little Rock. The property was purchased as part of a $683,000 deal in August 1999 from Pfeifer Family Ltd. No. 1, led by Gene Pfeifer.
