A piece of downtown Little Rock drew a $260,000 sale.

7th Street Tattoo Inc., led by Robert Berry Jr., bought the 814 W. Seventh St. property. The seller is Whitmeg Enterprises LLC, led by Mike and Dawn Creekmore. The deal is funded with a two-year loan of $212,000 from BancorpSouth Bank of Tupelo, Miss.

The 0.2-acre development was purchased for $130,000 in August 1986 from Orbit Valve Co. Employees Profit Sharing Plans A&B.

The property was acquired for $84,000 in October 1976 from Murray and Mary Jo Hunt and W.P. Gulley Jr. and his wife, Mary.
