A 4,300-SF home in The Courts neighborhood of west Little Rock's Chenal Valley development is under new ownership after a $512,000 deal.

Sok Heyaime purchased the house from Billy Hartness Construction Co. The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $409,600 from First Financial Bank of El Dorado.

The residence previously was tied to a January 2006 mortgage of $461,600 and a December 2008 mortgage of $15,000 held by Metropolitan National Bank of Little Rock.

The site was bought for $68,000 in January 2006 from Deltic Timber Corp. of El Dorado.
