The owner of a west Little Rock office property picked up an $885,000 mortgage.

12814 Cantrell Road LLC, led by Sharon Adkins, received the three-year loan from Centennial Bank of Little Rock.

The 1-acre American Abstract project at 12814 Cantrell Road was bought for $1.3 million in July 2002 from Real Practices Inc., led by Jim Knight.

Real Practices purchased the location for $483,000 in June from Richard and Dorothy Toll. The Tolls acquired the property for $238,000 in July 1993 from Grace Community Church.
