Church loan.(Real Deals: A Look at Important Real Estate Transactions)

A west Little Rock congregation landed an $800,000 financial package.

Winfield United Methodist Church got the three-year loan from Little Rock's Bank of the Ozarks.

The 4-acre development at 20100 Cantrell Road previously was tied to a January 2008 mortgage of $125,000 held by the bank.

The location was purchased in December 1947 from Roy and Christine Sturgis for an undisclosed sum.
