Motel funding.(Real Deals: A Look at Important Real Estate Transactions)
A North Little Rock motel project is backed with a $680,000 funding agreement. Sarina Lodging LLC, led by Sanjay Patel, secured the 20-year loan from Six Bridges Capital Corp. of Little Rock. The 1-acre Econo Lodge development at 5811 Pritchard Drive also is linked with a March 2008 mortgage of $1.76 million held by Twin City Bank of North Little Rock. The site was acquired for $65,000 in December 1995 from First Southeast Corp., led by William Pritchard.
