Townhome construction in Maumelle is in motion with a $651,200 mortgage. Lifestyle Communities LLC, led by Tony Meredith, picked up the one-year loan from One Bank & Trust of Little Rock. The 19.5-acre Mountain Terrace Estates location at 100 Mountain Terrace Circle was bought for $708,000 in July 2000 from Capitol Development of Arkansas Inc., led by Michael Todd.
