Residential construction.(Real Deals: A Look at Important Real Estate Transactions)
The owners of a 10-acre residential tract in southeast Little Rock obtained a $545,992 financial package. Gregory and Tojuanna Mays received the one-year loan from Metropolitan National Bank. The land at 1301 Russenberger Road was purchased for $60,000 in July 2007 from MFNP Ltd., led by Phinis and Marilyn Warnix.
